Description

Are you interested in having a broad impact and helping teams across Amazon scale to launch innovative products more quickly. Mesa is looking for a Sr. Product Management Tech to lead a team responsible for delivering high value software services and components that help teams across Amazon support and grow their businesses. In this role you will drive the strategic vision for the business, craft a plan to help Mesa's Compliance offering to grow its impact and deliver on an end-to-end roadmap. The product solution you create will empower Amazon businesses to onboard their vendors efficiently. You will have an impact on your partners, developers and end users building software with a vision that can extend across Amazon.

The successful candidate would have experience in delivering SaaS products and is passionate about developing services that help businesses move faster, from cloud computing to web applications. They must have proven experience driving strategic vision, presenting to executive leadership, influencing direction across a broad suite of products and delivering through a team while staying connected to the details and ruthlessly prioritizing the most impactful work.

Key job responsibilities

* Owning the vision for the Mesa product space overall including managing communication and driving decisions across partners, stakeholders, and Sr. Leadership.

* Expanding strategic partnerships and growing Mesa’s impact and customer base by identifying and launching crucial services in line with Mesa’s vision.

* Mentoring a team of product managers to continue delivering value to our customers, working closely with cross functional teams across engineering, finance and more.

* Establishing mechanisms to scale Mesa’s business, identify risk and maintain a high bar for delivering reliable and secure solutions working backwards from customer needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
