Description
Join the Recipient Experience (REX) team to own key part of the post purchase shopping experience on Amazon. Your Orders is Amazon's most-visited post-purchase surface serving hundreds of millions of customers with billions of visits annually. As Senior Product Manager Technical, you'll define and execute the product strategy for this central gateway to Amazon's entire post-purchase experience, transforming how customers track deliveries, manage orders, resolve issues, and discover new purchases. This is a highly strategic role shaping experiences that touch every Amazon customer multiple times per order, driving significant attributed sales and customer engagement.You'll drive the evolution of post-purchase customer experience as our pages undergo transformation from a static record into an intelligent, adaptive AI-driven experience. Success requires deep cross-functional thinking to align with Amazon's evolving retail business: you'll collaborate with partner teams across Amazon to understand their business needs and ensure the post-purchase experience innovates around emerging use cases and business. The role requires proven ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives, strategic vision combined with execution excellence, exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences, and the ability to translate ambiguous problem spaces into frameworks that guide organizational strategy.
You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can effectively communicate ideas and information and drive decision-making for audiences up to and including VPs. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently while making data- and customer-driven decisions.
Key job responsibilities
1. Define and execute product strategy across post-purchase surfaces, establishing vision, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks that align with Amazon's evolving retail business
2. Drive page layout optimization as post purchase CX evolves from static record to intelligent, adaptive experience while enabling seamless flows across post-purchase pages
3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with partner teams to understand business needs and ensure post-purchase experience innovates around emerging use cases
4. Design and execute rigorous experiments using A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses, measure customer impact, and scale successful innovations across billions of customer visits
5. Translate ambiguous problem spaces into structured frameworks, mental models, and product principles that guide organizational strategy and align diverse stakeholders
6. Own end-to-end product delivery from requirements definition through technical design, engineering partnership, launch execution, and post-launch optimization
7. Communicate product vision and progress to technical and executive audiences up to VP level through narratives, PRFAQs, presentations, and business reviews
8. Orchestrate federated platform experiences ensuring cohesive customer experience while enabling 70+ partner teams to customize backend functionality

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
