The future of shopping is agentic โ€” AI systems that can discover, reason about, and act on product information on behalf of customers. Our catalog is at the center of this transformation, and we are looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager, Tech to lead the strategy for making the catalog the definitive source of product and brand knowledge that powers next-generation AI shopping experiences.

As the Principal Product Manager Tech โ€“ Catalog Strategy for AI Shopping Experiences, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the catalog team and the broader ecosystem of AI-powered shopping experiences. You will own the roadmap, experimentation strategy, and long-term vision for how catalog data โ€” spanning product attributes, brand knowledge, usage-based knowledge, and marketplace-level context โ€” enables intelligent, personalized, and trustworthy AI shopping experiences at scale.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that requires a rare combination of deep catalog expertise, AI/ML product intuition, and executive-level influence. You will define how catalog metadata, data, and knowledge โ€” at the item, product cohort, brand voice, company voice, usage, and marketplace level โ€” fuels the ability of AI systems to deliver accurate, personalized, and trustworthy shopping experiences for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide.
