Description

Fire TV is reshaping the way millions of people watch, engage, and enjoy entertainment content every day. We are looking for a talented product professional to help Fire TV grow as the global leader in entertainment with the best experience for customers and partners. As the Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) for Fire TV Personalization, you will be the single-threaded leader responsible for the vision and execution of the content discovery experience for millions of customers worldwide. As the owner of Fire TV's home page experience, you will have the ability to across all Fire TV surfaces.

Key job responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Fire TV's home page and other experiences, driving engagement of Fire TV's "front door" for millions of customers world wide.

• Build capabilities that power the discovery experience across all Fire TV surfaces

• Lead the development and optimization of key surfaces including the Fire TV Home Page and other navigation nodes, ensuring high-performance content discovery experiences that drive customer engagement

• Partner with internal teams (e.g. Prime Video, ads, 3P partner integration) to execute against commitments, driving improvements in discovery and engagement

• Lead international (i18n) page optimization efforts to ensure Fire TV delivers compelling local experiences across global markets

• Partner with multiple product, design, engineering, quality, and customer-support teams across Fire TV, Amazon Devices and other partner organizations to support new features, scale existing architecture, and expand reach internationally

• Own and drive key performance metrics including customer engagement, content discovery, monetization (Ads, Subscriptions), and partner success metrics



Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
