Description

At Amazon Ads, we are looking for a strategic product manager to reinvent ad creatives, and enable advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites, on other high-quality publisher sites across the web, and on millions of desktops, mobile, and connected TV devices. As GenAI lowers the barriers to producing quality creative assets, advertisers of all sizes will have a wealth of creative assets that they can customize and assemble to best fit their campaign objectives. In this new world Amazon has a unique opportunity to lead the ad industry with bar-raising creative formats that delight shoppers, and help advertisers meet their objectives. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our product strategy and execution to reinvent ad creatives, and drive performance for advertisers. In this role, you will challenge the status quo of display ad creatives, and carve out a strategy that supports automation, optimization and AI, while improving the CX for billions of shoppers worldwide. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, science, analytics, sales, and marketing—to develop innovative creative formats that enhance consumer engagement, and measure outcomes to business priorities.

Key job responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch, to scaling the next level of growth.

* Define and execute the product strategy for ad creatives, balancing advertiser needs, customer experience, and business impact.

* Define business requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and your own expertise in advertising.

* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, scalable, and high-performing ad creative products.

* Work with analytics teams to ensure creative effectiveness is measurable and continuously optimized.

* Partner with sales and marketing, and account management teams to educate and enable advertisers on creative best practices and solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
