We are looking for a passionate, talented, and experienced Product Management leader to help shape the future of Amazon Connect as we evolve from the leading contact center platform to becoming the foundation for AI-powered customer experiences across contact centers, high-volume hiring, and back-office operations. This position is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing business at a pivotal moment in its transformation and help define the product strategy as we expand into new markets and use cases. You will play a crucial role in building the brand vision for Connect and have the opportunity to design and deliver high-scale, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
As Principal Product Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally with product leaders across Connect to bring our brand vision to life. You will be instrumental in developing compelling narratives, creating customer-facing content, and crafting storytelling that articulates Connect's value proposition and future direction. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, inspiring messages that resonate with customers and stakeholders. You will make data-driven, customer-obsessed decisions and work with leadership across AWS to prioritize your programs while ensuring our brand story remains consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience- 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
Extended Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
