Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic cornerstone in product feature development, orchestrating the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment. Practice a customer-obsessed mindset, combining deep analytical capabilities with strong leadership skills to drive product success. Practice Amazon's working backwards methodology, translating customer needs into actionable product strategies. Synthesize insights from market research, customer studies, and data analytics to identify opportunities and validate solutions. Own the end-to-end product development process, ensuring features align with organizational goals while meeting compliance, localization, and accessibility requirements. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including design, development, compliance, and sales. Communicate and transform complex concepts into clear documentation and requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations through precise articulation of scope, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback. Contribute to organizational growth through mentoring and talent development initiatives.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) utilizing data to manage stakeholders and document product requirements; (2) working with product development practices, including compliance and accessibility requirements; and (3) utilizing project management skills to drive product planning and execution. Up to 25% domestic travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
