Description

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our engagement and CRM strategy for Amazon Astro, our advanced household robot. This role will be instrumental in shaping how customers understand, interact with, and benefit from Astro's capabilities, as well as the liaison between our customers and our Marketing, Product and Tech teams. You’ll drive customer communications, develop breakthrough messaging, and craft strategies that help millions of customers discover, adopt, and love Astro’s features. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on a fast-paced team where marketing meets innovation. As a strategic thinker, you’ll partner closely with product, creative, PR, sales, and marketing teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer data, and translate complex feedback into clear, compelling customer value. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing post-purchase journey ensuring customer engage with Astro in a frequent, fulfilling basis. Key job responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer feature adoption and engagement for Amazon Astro

• Create compelling narratives and value propositions that effectively communicate Astro's unique features and benefits to existing customers

• Partner with PR, Creative, and Communications teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns

• Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and market research to inform product positioning and marketing strategies

• Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed to educate, incentivize adoption, and guide current Astro customers

• Own CRM channels such as email and direct mail, among others.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer insights

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon, including Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Technical teams

• Lead the end-to-end engagement marketing lifecycle for Amazon Astro

• Extract and synthesize insights from customer research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and influence product/feature development

• Evaluate performance of marketing initiatives with a strong grasp of customer experience and business outcomes (e.g., adoption, engagement, awareness, revenue impact)

• Represent the engagement perspective to senior leadership, including regular updates through appropriate mechanisms, such as Monthly Business Reviews



Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
