Description

The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Specialist III to support senior leadership in driving organizational excellence and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a talented individual who is able to work in an ambiguous environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead initiatives that support XBRs (cross-business reviews), strategic goal tracking, and executive-level planning. You will have a detailed/analytical mindset as well as a think big attitude and will be responsible to liaise with key stakeholders across GPO's multiple pillars.

This role requires an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives focused on transforming and optimizing GPO operations through data-driven insights, process automation, and cross-functional program management. You will own end-to-end program governance while driving operational excellence across multiple workstreams. You should have proven experience in strategy, large-scale execution, working cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams, and thriving in a matrix environment. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and maintaining a high bar in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Strong business judgment, ability to influence cross-functional and remotely located teams, a customer-centric and creative mindset, and strong analytical skills are essential.

Key job responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Goal Management:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop, track, and report on GPO strategic goals and key performance indicators

• Prepare comprehensive materials for XBR's (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) business reviews, and executive-level presentations

• Maintain meticulous tracking systems for organizational goals, ensuring alignment with broader strategic imperatives

• Synthesize complex data and information into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making

Executive Support & Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across the procurement organization

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for strategic projects and leadership commitments

• Prepare executive-level communications, briefing documents, and strategic planning materials

• Facilitate information flow between senior leadership and broader organizational teams

Process Excellence & Organization:

• Develop and maintain robust systems for tracking procurement metrics, goals, and strategic initiatives

• Create and manage documentation standards that ensure consistency and accuracy across leadership materials

• Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of strategic planning activities

• Maintain organized repositories of critical business information, historical data, and strategic documents

Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership audiences

• Identify insights and patterns that inform strategic decision-making

• Support budget planning and resource allocation processes with accurate data and analysis



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

- Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic planning, program management, or business operations

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders in a large, complex organization

- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities in ambiguous environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in a Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations

- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment

- Familiarity with XBR processes, strategic planning frameworks, and executive governance models

- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making

- Experience working across multiple geographies and with globally distributed teams

- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale execution and entrepreneurial innovation

- Experience in matrix organizations with proven ability to influence without direct authority

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
