We are looking for a seasoned supply chain professional to join our growing infrastructure team as Principal, Spares Strategy. The role will play an important part in our ability to fulfill customer promise by ensuring the availability of spare parts for break-fix of Server & Networking infrastructure at the optimal cost to support on-going operations and projects while constantly staying ahead of the emerging needs.

Key job responsibilities
Besides managing day-to-day responsibilities, the role will work on fundamentally changing the inventory planning/management, replenishment/fulfillment processes and systems for sparing. This role will drive synergies and integration of systems / processes across multiple related supply chains and products across existing and new products. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
• Design and execute supply chain transformation programs globally by taking ownership of inputs to the spares planning process.
• Onboard new supply chains for related products and develop strategy to integrate with existing systems / process and / or build new systems / processes.
• Develop supply chain strategy for the organization in partnership with other teams.
• Address tactical and strategic supply chain issues.
• Provide functional expertise in the global infrastructure team.
• Hire and develop team members.
• Develop analytics, including metrics and reports, for better decision making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent- 12+ years in senior roles in supply chain management
- 8+ years of product management, program management, and/or inventory planning experience
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in technology infrastructure strongly preferred- Strong knowledge of hardware industry supply chain
- Knowledgeable in technology development best practices (such as Agile), and product management across cross-functional teams.
- MBA Preferred, Dual education background-business and tech/quantitative disciplines
- Data Center Planning Experience
- The candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced environment with high ambiguity
- Experience in supply chain process and system development and improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
