Description
Luxury Stores at Amazon is seeking an experienced and results-driven senior leader to create and implement an annual marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury market and have significant experience building lifecycle marketing strategies and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in. This role will be at the forefront of interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and driving creative decision forward efficiently. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—constantly planning, iterating, and pushing for excellence. This individual leads with confidence, fosters transparent communication, and encourages diverse perspectives to achieve the best possible outcomes. With expert communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across varying creative disciplines, the successful candidate will navigate ambiguity and provide actionable solutions in real-time, keeping projects on track and at the highest quality.Key job responsibilities
Luxury Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute year-long marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption across the product portfolio
• Collaborate in the creation of compelling marketing collateral
• Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs
• Drive evidence-based decision making through customer insights and market intelligence
• Lead the development of store positioning, messaging, and strategic narrative
• Establish and maintain single-source-of-truth documentation for product positioning, messaging, availability, best practices, and FAQs
Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors Degree
Extended Qualifications
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
