AWS is growing rapidly around the world with customers ranging from startups to governments and the world's largest corporations.We are seeking experienced communications manager to support the some of AWS's fastest growing agentic AI products. This role includes supporting two key agentic product lines, AWS Transform and Kiro, along with supporting the technology and innovation storytelling around AWS's investment in neurosymbolic AI. Agentic AI is transforming how every employee gets work done. AWS Transform is rethinking how organizations migrate, modernize, and maintain their IT environments, and it has already helped customers save over 2.4 million hours of manual effort since launch last year. Kiro is AWS agentic engineering offering, helping developers and teams do their best work. Neurosymbolic AI combines the pattern recognition of deep learning neural networks with the logical, rule-based reasoning of symbolic AI. Bringing these two fields together is key to helping customers build trustworthy agents, and AWS is deeply invested in this space through its work in Automated Reasoning.
In this role, you will be part of the AWS Services Communications team partnering with an AWS PR manager to support key business units in the Agentic AI and Emerging Technologies organization. You will work closely with service leadership, marketing, and others to highlight AWS's work in the space. The role requires someone with a strong sense of ownership, technical storytelling expertise, project management, and ability to coordinate complex, global launches. A successful candidate has excellent media relations and a willingness to get creative with storytelling to deliver results for the business.
Key job responsibilities
Drive communications support for product launches, strategic announcements, and thought leadership programs
Build media relationships and pitch stories that advance Amazon's narrative in top technology publications
Write media materials, talking points, and briefing documents that make complex chip technology accessible to any audience
Work across Amazon and AWS communications teams to keep messaging aligned and amplify our story across channels
Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends, measure impact, and sharpen our strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience- Bachelor's degree

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
