Description
Amazon's Devices & Services (D&S) Executive Communications team is looking for a PR Specialist, Executive Communications to work on executive communications programs across a dynamic and fast-moving business.
This role sits at the intersection of communications and program management—you'll drive execution of executive messaging, events, and organizational communications initiatives while building the mechanisms that keep everything running smoothly. You'll work closely with the D&S Executive Communications team, Product PR, and cross-functional partners to build and deploy strategic communications programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop executive communications materials including talking points, briefing documents, internal updates, and event preparation materials.
• Coordinate inputs across communications, product, and business teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Own day-to-day management of executive communications workflows, trackers, and planning mechanisms — including the Executive Communications Asana board .
• Track progress across executive communications priorities and drive follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage asset deliverables, approvals, and timelines.
• Coordinate across PR, Internal Communications, Devices business, and partner teams to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Support planning and execution during major announcements, launches, and internal events.
• Maintain executive activity trackers covering communications engagements and priorities.
• Provide regular reporting on communications deliverables, milestones, and progress toward goals.
• Support weekly and monthly business review preparation.
• Manage distribution and version control of messaging documents, briefing materials, and Q&A resources.
• Track communications outputs and engagement metrics across executive programs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve execution efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in communications
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
• Experience working in corporate communications, PR, or technology organizations
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience- Bachelor's degree
Extended Qualifications
- Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams- Can show ablitiy to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
