Key job responsibilities
This Senior PMT role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end experience for Enterprise Customers globally. This involves cross functional close partnership not only with the Business and GTM teams including regional leads, but also industry SMEs, UX and Design teams, Engineering leaders and stakeholders and fellow PMTs whose areas impact the customer experience. The role will be highly visible to Senior Leadership and is scoped to potentially achieve the next level for the right candidate.

Seasoned Amazonian well versed and excelling at working backwards and structured thinking.
Customer Obsessed.
Experience working directly with customers and cross functional teams across Engineering, Business, Design, GTM, Marketing.
Solid communicator – able to expertly craft the product vision and present to senior leadership to elicit their buy in and support.
Core Product Skills – Lead the product roadmap, create cogent business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables.
Strong business judgment, ability to dive deep into data and KPIs and collaborate with business teams on big opportunities.
Strong Technically, able to collaborate closely with engineering partners on technology choices and contribute to/lead technical approach and strategy discussions.
Experience with AWS Services and concepts is a big plus.
Gen-AI experience and interest is a big plus.
About the team
You will be joining a team that is focused on driving the product requirements and enterprise service delivery mechanisms for all of the customer facing hardware, software and solutions for Amazon LEO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
