We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside tools for marketers.
The Discovery Tech team is seeking a Product Manager to lead our initiative in implementing Agentic AI solutions that will fundamentally transform how marketers strategize, execute, and optimize customer experiences during key shopping moments, including seasonal events, deal moments, and strategic programs.
You will be responsible for innovating and building critical solutions that leverage AI to automate and enhance Amazon's cross-category marketing and merchandising. Through rapid prototyping and testing of new agentic solutions, you will streamline current processes, improve marketing quality and performance, and unlock unprecedented capabilities for delivering new bar-raising, personalized, customer-centric experiences at scale.

You will pioneer innovative solutions that will be broadly adopted worldwide through our partnerships with central platform teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI solutions that revolutionize marketing strategies and customer experiences
• Drive rapid prototyping and testing of AI-powered solutions that streamline marketing processes and improve performance
• Develop data-driven, adaptable marketing solutions that enhance personalization and customer engagement
• Partner with central platform teams to scale successful innovations across Amazon
• Work backwards from customers to design and implement large-scale technical solutions
• Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-driven marketing transformation
Qualifications
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
Extended Qualifications
- Master's degree- Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with AI/Agentic AI/ML technologies and implementations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
