Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager – Technical to lead our enterprise-wide workforce planning transformation initiative. This role will drive the go-to-market strategy and operational framework for a sophisticated planning tool suite that enables Amazon leaders to make data-driven decisions about talent investments aligned with business objectives.

Key job responsibilities

• Own and execute the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the workforce planning product suite, including launch planning, communications strategy, and adoption frameworks.

• Design and deliver exceptional user experiences that enable leaders to make real-time workforce decisions across cost, customer experience, and business growth dimensions.

• Lead the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) programs to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and support teams.

• Build and implement the operational framework to support enterprise-wide deployment and ongoing product support.

• Partner with Business leaders, Finance partners, and PXT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with planning cycles (OP1/2, QxGs).

• Define success metrics and build mechanisms to track adoption and impact.

• Develop and maintain product roadmap based on customer feedback and business priorities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Track record of successful product launches and GTM execution.

- Track record of building and scaling operational frameworks.

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience working with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

- MBA or advanced degree.

- Experience with workforce planning, HR tech, or similar enterprise planning systems.

- Understanding of financial planning processes and systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
