Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Audit Manager enables AWS customers streamline audit and compliance processes with automation at AWS scale. Our team is looking for an experienced Product Manager - Technical to lead our product expansion. We are missioned to reduce friction in the audit process, and make the process seamless and efficient for our customers. Customers and our business, strives to continually find ways to iterate quickly – it’s our goal to lead the innovation and reduce friction by iterating over existing systems and creating new breakthroughs.In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with engineering, marketing, sales and others to define and execute a high impact roadmap of features and services that enhance our customers' ability to easily prove their audit compliance. You will work backwards from the customer to understand their challenges and needs and define the capabilities experiences AWS will offer to make it easy for customers to operate at scale. You will be responsible for product exploration and design, and work with a dedicated team of super talented engineers to build and launch these products.
Key job responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets their needs.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Audit Manager that aligns with the overall business goals.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
• Work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the success of the product and inform future decisions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience- 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
Extended Qualifications
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
