BwP and MCF services are using these foundations and is now looking to redefine how customers shop online, and how businesses utilize Amazon's capabilities to fulfill orders for customers regardless of where the transaction occurs off-Amazon.We're looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager- Unmanaged Segment, to join one of our fastest-growing teams and help in acquiring and growing the unmanaged customer segment. This includes thinking bigger about how to grow the MCF and BwP penetration within the FBA cohort of merchants by building scalable partnerships with the Selling Partner Services organization as well as partnering with the product and marketing teams to scale adoption of the Shopify app . You will obsess about the unmanaged merchant needs, and be involved in cross-functional projects to drive the growth of unmanaged MCF and BwP merchants. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth business that offers candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Create a vision and lead the partnership with other Amazon teams like FBA and Selling partner services to grow the penetration of MCF and BwP within the FBA cohort of merchants.
- Dive deep into existing FBA merchant cohort and define multiple prospective MCF segments which would have specific needs and barriers to MCF adoption.
- Partner with the internal marketing team to build messaging and collaterals for targeted marketing campaigns to educate the merchants about MCF benefits and grow adoption of MCF.
- Collaborate with the Shopify product team and internal marketing teams to identify areas of funnel optimization and influence product improvements which improve funnel conversion rate.
- Build partnerships with leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Extended Qualifications
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting- Knowledge of B2B industry and knowledge of Amazon merchant facing platforms like Seller Central, Seller Mobile App.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
