BwP and MCF services are using these foundations and is now looking to redefine how customers shop online, and how businesses utilize Amazon's capabilities to fulfill orders for customers regardless of where the transaction occurs off-Amazon.We're looking for a Sr. PMM O&O Discovery to join one of our fastest-growing teams and help in acquiring and growing the unmanaged merchants by integrating MCF into the merchant journeys on Amazon's O&O platforms like Seller Central, Seller Mobile App etc. and launching GTM campaigns for seasonal events. This requires having a thorough understanding of the FBA and MCF merchant lifecycle and thinking bigger about scaling top of funnel awareness and traffic to the MCF pages. You will obsess about the MCF unmanaged merchant needs, and be involved in cross-functional projects across different internal and external teams. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth business that offers candidates the ability to create a vision and collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon and with key external partners.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own the merchant targeted messaging service (MTMS) across various pages on Seller Central to engage various merchant segments with relevant marketing and operational messages.
2. Partner with Marketing tech and Next Gen Selling (NGS) interface teams to identify additional opportunities to surface MCF to FBA merchants and ensure MCF and BwP get adequate discovery in the new NGS interface.
3. Partner with marketing team to plan and execute GTM campaigns during seasonal events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Back to school etc.
4. Partner with Martech PM to update and launch new dynamic messages on SeCe placements like Homepage cards to drive retention
5. Build partnerships with leadership, business stakeholders and technical teams to drive consensus on priorities and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Knowledge of Amazon merchant facing platforms like Seller Central, Seller Mobile App.
- Knowledge of B2B industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
