If so, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic product manager, technical to bring their leadership and expertise to support the Amazon Travel and Events data analytics team at Amazon.

In this role, you will partner with strong technical leaders to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role will significantly contribute to to define and implement strategies to improve the data analytics in Amazon Travel & Events. This is a high visibility position offering opportunities for meaningful impact and deep collaboration with senior leaders and vendors across all geographies and functions.

The individual in this role must quickly develop partnerships with internal stakeholders, 3rd party partners, and senior leadership to build alignment and drive program goals, key projects, and initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive a culture of self-inspection and continuous improvement to define and implement strategies to improve the data analytics in Amazon Travel & Events.

• Co-own key metrics, maintain stakeholder relationships, and conduct deep dives to identify process automation improvement opportunities.

• As a PMT, you will identify high-impact programs, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs.

• An ability to manages product features. Influences customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities.

• Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.



Qualifications

- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience

- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products

- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions

- Experience working with Travel Analytics Team.



Extended Qualifications

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
