Key job responsibilities
The Principal Product Manager - Tech role is responsible for defining and delivering the service plan features, customer offers, and bundles that enable residential consumers to access Amazon Leo services around the world. This involves close partnership with regional market teams, product and engineering teams, and finance, science, and analytics teams to define the visions, roadmaps, and requirements needed to build and deliver features that delight global customers at scale.
Key tasks include
- Define multi-year visions for products and services that leverage Amazon and Leo capabilities
- Define multi-year service and hardware bundle roadmap, and drive new customer offer definitions
- Own and track input metrics that measure impact of service plan and offer decisions on customer acquisition and retention
- Define business case and requirements for new customer connectivity features and offers
- Deliver customer insights and deep dives to identify opportunities to delight and retain customers
- Build measurement frameworks connecting product launches
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
