Description
The Amazon Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Infrastructure Build and Operate organization is responsible for constructing and operating Ground Gateway Terminal sites worldwide. Our organization comprises four specialized teams: Construction, Infrastructure Operations, Physical Security, and Lease and Fiber Portfolio Management.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to own portfolio administration for LEO reservations, land leases, and fiber agreements across our global ground infrastructure network. In this role, you will establish and maintain critical processes that ensure seamless vendor onboarding, accurate lease data management, timely payment processing, and scalable lease administration systems that support our rapidly expanding portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage land and fiber leases and contracts using lease administration software, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all agreements
* Review, audit, and process monthly lease payments including rent, utilities, taxes, operating expenses, and other costs with precision and timeliness
* Resolve payment escalations and discrepancies using sound judgment, data-driven analysis, and a long-term perspective on vendor relationships
* Track and report on critical dates, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other essential metrics to maintain operational excellence
* Create and own business-critical reports, including document abstractions, financial obligations tracking, and portfolio health dashboards
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure lease administration tools and reporting capabilities scale with business growth
A day in the life
You will ensure payments are processed accurately and on time, onboard new sites as they are leased and constructed, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve tools and reporting systems. Your work directly enables the LEO Ground Infrastructure team to scale operations efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships and financial accountability. You'll identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance portfolio visibility for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 1+ years of professional experience
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with lease administration software and financial tracking systems
Extended Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, fiber optic agreements, or telecommunications infrastructure
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy in high-volume transaction environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
