Description
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. At AWS, we are searching for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to join our Worldwide Partner Consulting COE (CCOE) team. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of emerging technologies and partner innovation — identifying, onboarding, and nurturing next-generation startups and consulting partners who are redefining how enterprises adopt AI/ML, Generative AI, agentic systems, and other critical growth technologies.
As a Sr. Partner Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and innovation catalyst — helping partners move from proof-of-concept to production-grade, scalable solutions. You will work directly with a curated cohort of high-potential startup and consulting partners to develop, validate, and scale reusable patterns that accelerate AWS adoption across the AWS partner community and regional field teams. You will support strategic initiatives that identify pioneering System Integrators (SIs) and Startups demonstrating exceptional capabilities in growth domains such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, IoT/Edge, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and Space Tech.
You will engage with partners globally, providing deep technical and business expertise to help them design, architect, and validate differentiated solutions built on AWS. You will translate partner innovations into prescriptive, scalable blueprints — including reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and go-to-market frameworks — that AWS field teams and the broader partner community can replicate across regions and industries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Regional, Specialist, and COE stakeholders to drive alignment and amplify partner impact across the global field organization.
Candidates should have deep experience in emerging technology domains, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, with a strong background in partner or customer-facing technical roles. You will be equally comfortable whiteboarding cloud architectures with engineers as you are presenting innovation patterns to executive audiences. Deep familiarity with AWS services is strongly preferred. Experience working with or within consulting partners, GSIs, or technology startups is highly valued.
