Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a world class partner leader to drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives with our strategic partner, Salesforce. The Salesforce Partner Development Manager role will enable and empower partner business solutions and create incremental revenue streams beyond existing business.Key job responsibilities
• Drive incremental AWS cloud revenue via efficient and effective AWS-Salesforce co-sell GTM planning, promoting Salesforce solutions on AWS both internally and externally.
• Work closely with Salesforce alliance team (BD, SA, IS, iSA, Marketing, PSM, PDS, PSA) to support industry solution sales motions and field selling.
• Acting as a role model to be Salesforce's trusted advisor, helping to nurture a team culture of Deliver Results, Ownership, Learn & Be Curious, Bios for Action, Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify.
A day in the life
Work with our strategic partner Salesforce, AWS's field sellers, and AWS Partner management to create, facilitate and orchestrate joint co-sell opportunities that drive incremental AWS cloud revenue. Track opportunity progress, report on business results, regularly participate in account and pipeline review calls. Prepare and provide business reviews to stakeholders and management team. Create and execute operational rigor including partner management, account management, and business reviews (internal/external).
Our mission is to drive incremental AWS cloud revenue with our strategic partner Salesforce. We are trusted advisors and facilitators of the full co-sell cycle with Salesforce and internal sellers. We help Salesforce and internal sales teams come together as #onesalesteam with a shared vision and strategy in target accounts to drive revenue growth for AWS and Salesforce. We liaison with other Amazon groups (e.g., APO, AGS US Sales teams, Marketing, etc.) to ensure co-sell cycles stay on track and on time. We don’t just stop at executing co-sell cycles – we also work with Salesforce to drive Think Big/new initiatives/next opportunities. The team measures success by improving Builder/Partner/Customer experiences, achieving our pipeline and revenue goals, raising the visibility of our partnerships, and our own job satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 8+ years of sales, partner sales, business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations- Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
- Experience with Salesforce solution and Company.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
