Description

Join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services team! We are looking for an entrepreneurial, process improvement-oriented Senior, O2R to help us scale our growth. This is a unique opportunity that will allow you to lead and shape the direction of our Order to Revenue Reporting function globally as we help accelerate our enterprise customers’ journey to the cloud.

The ability to lead a global initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience leading initiatives, in-depth knowledge of project management and process improvement, accounting, tax, financial management, automation, and experience with order to revenue reporting cycles across multiple regions. This person must also possess strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, attention to detail, experience in large-scale change management across functions and geographies, excellent written and presentation skills, and a pursuit for improvement and optimization.

Key job responsibilities

This position, based within our Order to Revenue (O2R) function, will lead various initiatives within Order, Partner, Billing and Revenue Reporting functions across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. Primary responsibilities include:

• Oversee, improve, and scale the Billing team's invoicing capabilities. This includes process improvement, streamlining and standardizing billing processes globally, and advancing billing automation.

• Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity.

• Support Partner Program Delivery and Accelerated Partner Delivery initiatives for enablement.

• Support Partner and Order mechanisms, improve and scale capabilities.

• Work across multiple AWS teams to develop and implement the O2R automation roadmap.

• Develop and maintain standardized Order, Partner, Billing and Revenue Reporting documentation and new hire training materials.

• Coordinate with teams across Leadership, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, HR, and IT to ensure that the Standard Operations Procedures are followed and implemented.

• Lead special projects to drive improvements and integrations across Professional Services Operations and partnering business teams.

• Perform ad hoc, deep dive analysis as needed to develop recommendations and impact the decision-making of Professional Services Leadership.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

- Experience presenting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
