Description
Prime Air is seeking an experienced Operations Integration Program Manager to drive operational excellence and process standardization across our rapidly scaling drone delivery network. You will serve as the critical bridge between operational teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities, processes, and systems. You will partner and strategize with retail and operations leaders to drive key operational process improvements with a goal of improving customer experience and reducing cost to serve our customers. You will transform complex operational challenges into scalable solutions by developing deep knowledge of our fulfillment and delivery processes, identifying gaps, and implementing standardized frameworks that enable Prime Air to scale from current operations to 80+ sites with plans for 500M deliveries. You will create effective communication mechanisms, provide visibility to KPIs across all impacted teams, and drive overall process alignment.Key job responsibilities
• Work independently with internal and external teams to successfully manage the lifecycle of challenging projects, and act as owner in delivering on project objectives and targets. Projects may span organizations or geographies in support of business objectives.
• Lead and drive new feature integration and standardization, owning all integrations and optimizations of our fulfillment solutions
• Provide process expertise on operational design defining process flow, package handling procedures, equipment requirements, and facility layout implications from process requirements
• Drive root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and drive improvements with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Develop and implement SOPs and training materials for the on-site fulfillment staff. Act as problem solving SME that gets escalated to
• Partner with site leads to ensure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, performing control and quality analysis on any behaviors/processes that could impact inventory integrity and delivery performance
• Create effective communication plans and provide visibility to operational metrics to all impacted teams, driving overall process alignment across the Prime Air network
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain or logistics, or 3+ years of project management and implementation experience
Extended Qualifications
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
