Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and automation across Lab126. With deep expertise in process improvement, you will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline fragmented processes, develop product requirements and roadmaps, and manage the implementation of new tools and solutions.

As a strategic and collaborative leader, you will align cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of product development to drive the adoption and integration of new process improvements. You will influence roadmaps and partnerships to ensure our evolving needs are met, and mentor the broader operations team to foster a culture of continuous enhancement.

This role will partner with both program and product management teams. To succeed in this role, the candidate will possess analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity in a constantly changing and fast paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate workflows

- Define requirements and roadmaps for new tools and solutions to drive efficiency and scalability

- Manage the development and deployment of process improvements, establishing metrics to quantify the impact

- Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and integration of new solutions and reduce process waste

- Independently engage with senior stakeholders, drafting impactful reports and facilitating reviews

- Earn trust, ownership, insist on high standards, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, innovation and simplification

- Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.

- Ability to look around the corner and thrive in ambiguous situation



Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership



Extended Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
