We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in and supporting both internal and external customers.
The Funding Operations team supports funding and investment programs across AWS. More specifically, the team owns components of the operational workflow to ensure program benefits are delivered per the applicable terms. This requires partnering with upstream and downstream teams across various programs to process business opportunities and explore opportunities to innovate. Collaboration and forward thinking are key as the tooling, programs, and supported volume continue to evolve.

Primary Responsibilities
路 Own standard validations of funding program opportunities across assigned workflows
路 Support procurement-related functions including Purchase Order creation and approval
路 Partner with stakeholders to support new program workflows and iterate on existing operations
路 Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management systems
路 Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
路 Support reporting for individual programs and/or broader team
路 Perform data entry and data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor鈥檚 Degree- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in creation/review of contractual verbiage
- Business analysis experience
Extended Qualifications
- Functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills- Ability to retrieve and analyze data using Salesforce.com or other CRM/BI systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong and verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skill

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
