We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety team and lead our Global Operations team. Prime Video Trust & Safety Programs aim to enable a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring that Prime Video provides content customers love and trust with accurate, meaningful and complete information to empower customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.This role will lead our global operation supporting multiple Trust & Safety programs: Policy, Maturity Ratings, Content Descriptors, Copyright Protection, and Kids Experience. In addition to continuously driving and improving the execution of this core mission, the Senior Manager of Global Operations will work closely with their cross-functional counterparts in engineering, product management, content acquisition, legal, PR, marketing, merchandising, design, customer service, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, leveraging analytical expertise and resourcefulness to autonomously deliver successful results. This role will lead the strategic transformation of operational workflows by implementing AI-powered solutions and agents to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across Trust & Safety Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who will champion workforce development initiatives, designing and executing comprehensive up-skilling programs that empower employees to leverage emerging technologies while building critical capabilities for the future of operations management.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage a global operations team of 500+ in Austin, Bangalore, San Jose, and London.
· Unlock key customer facing launches through partnerships with engineering, product management, content acquisition, legal, PR, marketing, merchandising, design, and customer service stakeholders.
· Establish goals, strategies and inspection mechanisms to achieve program objectives.
· Develop operational models, workforce management, and productivity mechanisms that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
. Envision, design, and drive transformation initiatives that build the future Trust & Safety operations workforce which natively leverages AI.
· Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.
· Manage, coach, and develop a strong team of Operations and Program Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of work experience- 6+ years of operations management experience
- 5+ years of managing and developing teams experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
Extended Qualifications
- Master's degree, or 7+ years of work experience- Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing
- Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
- * Experience integrating GenAI solutions into manual operations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
