Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Sr. Product Manager, Marketing Technology (MarTech), will design, implement and support the management of Kuiper’s MarTech infrastructure as we scale activations globally. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for driving the overarching MarTech strategy and its delivery by partnering closely with stakeholder teams across marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams.

The landscape is constantly evolving and the MarTech team will empower us to personalize customer experiences at scale and drive efficiencies across all activations.

Key job responsibilities

• Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, innovative marketing technology

• Lead the definition and execution of our MarTech roadmap including 1st-party and 3rd-party stack tool decisions, technical implementation with partner teams, resource planning, and adoption

• Own the end-to-end systematic flow of our entire marketing engine including data capture, lead management, decisioning and journey orchestration, data enrichment, attribution, and performance tracking

• Manage technology as a systems expert and technical owner liaising with engineering teams, other product teams, and 3rd party providers when required

• Build, maintain, and optimize the technology stack that improves and scales overall effectiveness, performance, and use journey; Manage and establish efficient processes for our data management, integrity, and hygiene.

• Own marketing technology team’s operational excellence, including creation of and monitoring of metrics and alarms in a continuous process improvement environment

• Represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential strategies clearly to leaders and cross-functional partners to help them understand the decisions they have to make

• Build, document, and maintain marketing technology global standards and processes, as well as platform optimization efforts



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Hands-on experience with technical implementation and administration of marketing technologies across lead capture, lead lifecycle and data management, marketing automation, channel management, marketing attribution, etc.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering

- Delivering high impact marketing infrastructure for a variety of business models across subscription and ecommerce, and variety of customer segments from consumer to enterprise

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
