Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager, Websites, to join our Worldwide (WW) Amazon Flex Marketing & Driver Communications team. You will define and lead key strategic initiatives to improve the technology powering the WW Amazon Flex websites. You will implement a new content management system (CMS) which has the capability to personalize and modernize our website Marketing Technology stack. You will have extensive experience in launching new content management systems, launching re-designs to existing websites, and analyzing website metrics to drive performance improvements. This work will impact the core experience of Amazon Flex delivery partners as well as hundreds of internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical, detail-oriented, possess solid interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments. You will be a technical expert in website CMS, project management, and be both creative and analytical. You will have extensive experience in implementing and managing website automation tooling and, working with cross-functional stakeholders to launch and manage websites that both delight customers and drive business performance. You will be passionate about delivering website results, testing and learning scaling to create impact, and creating best-in-class customer journeys. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing and communications stakeholders, website designers, public relations, legal, and business counterparts
Key job responsibilities
• Implement new capabilities to personalize and modernize the worldwide Amazon Flex websites.
• Initiate and drive key worldwide Amazon Flex Marketing Website projects. Implement and refine tech features (Cookie Consent, SEO tooling, website analytics, advertising tooling, etc.) and content (brand, design) to improve stakeholder and delivery partner experience.
• Establish, refine and implement mechanisms to ensure cross functional alignment
and establish clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage stakeholder groups,
and provide regular business reports to those groups.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing and communication stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver tools and templates that scale globally.
• Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
• Be a motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
• Develop and maintain documentation on website architecture, CMS configurations, and web processes.
• Ensure that website content, structure, and functionality are optimized for search engines, partnering with the SEO team to drive organic growth.
• Ensure website compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to create an inclusive and trustworthy online experience.
A day in the life
* You will serve as the team's expert of Webflow, AEM or a similar website CMS platform.
• You will lead the migration of existing WW Amazon Flex websites to a new CMS.
• Use data and metrics to drive improvements to website performance.
• Utilize project management skills to deliver projects on-time, within-budget, and to meet and achieve goals, in an extremely organized manner.
•Manage WW Amazon Flex websites across multiple languages and countries.
• Manage complex roadmaps and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and deliver quality launches on schedule.
• You will work with, present to and influence senior executives up to VP level.
• You will integrate existing Marketing Technology products, such as the suite of Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo) into a new website CMS.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.- 5+ years in marketing technology or digital marketing, with significant experience in website and CMS management.
- Expert knowledge of major CMS platforms like AEM and Webflow
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for marketing compliance.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and SEO techniques
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Extended Qualifications
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics and conversion tracking and A/B testing principles.- Experience with API integrations to connect the CMS with other marketing and sales tools, like CRM, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, PHP, or Python
- Familiarity with CMS APIs and headless CMS architecture
- Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
