Description
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies and tactics across our marketing technology stack. This role will be crucial in creating repeatable, scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams to execute effective campaigns through our marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly processes for diverse marketing teams.

* Design and implement advanced marketing automation workflows and programs across in our tech stack
* Create comprehensive documentation and training materials to enable internal marketing teams to effectively utilize our marketing technologies
* Develop and maintain best practices for marketing automation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across global marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
* Analyze marketing automation performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
* Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing new tools as appropriate
* Lead the integration of marketing automation with other systems (e.g., CRM, analytics tools) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
* Mentor and train team members on marketing automation best practices and new capabilities
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Extended Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
