The Amazon Ads Marketing Operations is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead our Workfront transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in standardizing our marketing operations processes, driving user adoption, and creating scalable solutions across our global marketing ecosystem. This role will and be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, driving scalable improvements across the project lifecycle, and developing new solutions for key programs like AI integration. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have to partner with and influence global stakeholder groups across marketing, editorial, UX, product, and engineering teams.

As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead Amazon Ads' global Workfront transformation initiative, owning the end-to-end strategy for system activation, user adoption, and process optimization. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing scalable workflows within Workfront, creating standardized processes for cross-functional collaboration, and developing comprehensive training programs to support user onboarding and education. You'll be responsible for establishing performance metrics, building reporting frameworks, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

• Design and implement Workfront activation strategies across previously unconnected marketing teams

• Lead the development and optimization of end-to-end marketing workflows within Workfront

• Define, prioritize and plan the execution of strategic initiatives on our owned channels and roadmap items, identifying potential obstacles and surfacing solutions.

• Create and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and system utilization

• Establish standardized processes and best practices for cross-functional collaboration

• Develop and maintain training programs, documentation, and resources to support user onboarding and ongoing education

• Build performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track adoption, efficiency, and ROI

• Partner with global stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and optimize workflows

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and team collaboration

• Establish mechanisms to deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing visibility on communication strategy, tactics, goals, and performance.



Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data



Extended Qualifications

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
