In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including field marketing, sales, lead management, and global marketing operations. You will spearhead continuous process improvements, drive execution excellence, and deliver measurable results. Your responsibilities will encompass program management oversight for lead handoff to the sales demand generation team for AWS across North America.As a data-driven professional, you will have the opportunity to influence programs and shape the data analysis approach, ensuring that the team makes informed strategic decisions. Key job responsibilities
• Streamline lead handoff processes and oversee follow-up activities for major and globally-aligned prospecting programs
• Ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels and teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate weekly Sprint meetings to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and drive goal achievement
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to leadership, providing regular progress updates and actionable recommendations
• Develop intuitive reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Amazon QuickSight for enhanced visibility, comprehensive campaign effectiveness measurement, and real-time goal tracking
• Leverage statistical analysis models to predict trends, identify potential issues, and forecast future goal achievement
• Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new employees on the lead flow process, ensuring effective utilization of marketing tools, reporting sources, and operational processes related to lead management and nurturing.
• Drive team-wide adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement
A day in the life
Your day-to-day activities will revolve around collaborating with internal stakeholders from field marketing, sales, lead management, and global marketing operations teams. You'll tackle challenges such as streamlining lead handoff processes, optimizing lead nurturing campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution of prospecting and demand generation programs. Your primary focus will be on the AWS Americas and Canada teams, working to enhance their productivity, campaign effectiveness, and goal attainment through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic planning. Additionally, you'll oversee marketing campaigns compliance and management, performance tracking, and foster a culture of continuous learning within these teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Extended Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Ability to thrives in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly, and problem-solve

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
