As part of the Partner Growth Marketing team, the Outbound GTM function will develop program strategies to drive product awareness and adoption with our partners and end advertisers. This role will be a key orchestrator between Growth Marketing, PMM, Product, and Channel to ensure that our messages and activations reach our audience at the right time with impact. Responsible for roadmap delivery with communications strategy to follow, it is essential that this marketer has the ability to effortlessly move between strategy and execution. Driving the full lifecycle of campaigns, this marketing is the true starting point of most of our Growth Marketing activity and an essential role within the broader Marketing organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision with tactical marketing planning ability. Relationship building, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and program management will be key to success. You should have experience in partner marketing, technology partnerships, or related fields, with a particular understanding of creative technology solutions. A proven track record of developing successful GTM programs is essential.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and development of key outbound marketing mechanisms and programs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for PMM and continuously update the team on changes to roadmap, timelines, and launch activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of outbound marketing activity for all priority audiences via scaled channels.
• Build and own repeatable mechanisms for information capture and dissemination.
• Measure and report on success metrics, providing insights to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Extended Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
