As part of the Partner Growth Marketing team, the Inbound GTM function will develop program strategies to connect with partners and to influence product development, alpha/beta lifecycles, and product roadmap decisions from the partner point of view. This highly integrated and influential role will translate partner insights and feedback into an actionable, data-backed business strategy to shape our marketing activity. As an early touch point with our partners, this role will be influential identifying recurring themes and trends from data captured to directly influence marketing and product strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic vision with tactical marketing planning ability. Relationship building, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and program management will be key to success. You should have experience in partner marketing, technology partnerships, or related fields, with a particular understanding of creative technology solutions. A proven track record of developing successful GTM programs is essential.

• Design and development of key inbound partner mechanisms and programs. These could include, but are not limited to round tables, feedback sessions, and kick-off gatherings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of inbound marketing activity for all priority partners.
• Capture and synthesize partner feedback around product features and usability for delivery throughout the Marketing organization, inclusive of PMM and Product teams, to inform roadmap and product decisions.
• Build and own repeatable mechanisms for information capture and dissemination.
• Measure and report on partnership success metrics, providing insights to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.
Qualifications
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Extended Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
