As the Strategic Partner Co-Marketing Lead, you'll develop and implement comprehensive co-marketing strategies that create mutual value for Amazon Ads and our partners. You'll design scalable frameworks that serve different partner segments effectively, from customized programs for our most strategic partners to broader initiatives that support our entire partner network. Your role will be crucial in establishing clear pathways for partner collaboration and creating compelling opportunities that drive joint business growth. Additionally, you'll build and optimize measurement frameworks to track program effectiveness, providing data-driven insights that inform strategy and demonstrate business impact.
The ideal candidate combines deep strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and relationship-building skills. You'll need to balance innovation with practicality, creating marketing solutions that can be effectively implemented across diverse partner segments while maintaining high standards of quality and impact.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute the strategic co-marketing framework for Amazon Ads' partner network
• Design and implement tiered co-marketing packages that drive measurable business outcomes
• Create and manage partner thought leadership and success story programs
• Build scalable processes for co-marketing program management and measurement
• Drive data-driven optimization of co-marketing initiatives through robust analytics
Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives- Experience independently driving VP-level documents
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
