If you have a passion for reinventing the shopping experience and you enjoy the thrill of building net new experiences from the ground up, this position is for you. ‘Amazon Haul’, is a shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app that provides customers in the US a place to discover even more affordable fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products with ultra-low prices with everything priced at $20 or less. This exciting, discovery-driven CX is dedicated to products at ultra-affordable prices. Launched in November 2024, it's still early days in the journey and the perfect time to join the team at the ground level.In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of site merchandising across Haul—translating data into action and ideas into captivating campaigns. You’ll be at the forefront of how we connect with customers, blending storytelling and insights to boost engagement, sales, and long-term loyalty.

- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives
- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
- Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy
- Refined eye for trend
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Extended Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
