If you're excited by delivering innovative experience and working with variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to delight Amazon sellers worldwide, this is the perfect opportunity for you.The ACCS Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to spearhead optimization of our traffic, email and website marketing. This role is responsible for leading a talented group of marketing managers, formulating marketing strategies, driving high-quality conversions across a vast array of campaigns for our global Amazon sellers and developing scalable mechanism through Marketing automation. You also will have high visibility to senior leaders across functions and businesses worldwide. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption and retention by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, making metrics and data driven decisions with taking risks, and has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. Key job responsibilities
• Lead, inspire and inspect a team.
• Hire and develop people.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
• Align strategy with business leaders.
• Create, review and raise quality of marketing materials such as email, website, and video contents.
• Develop new metrics and targeting logic, and implement automated process for customer targeting.
• Leverage a variety of channels and tools (e.g. email, website, social, video) to effectively communicate with the right target audiences.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Document plan, performances and test results.
• Drive marketing automation, process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Extended Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
