Description
The Senior Manager, Alternate Fulfillment (AF) Central Services will lead the strategic direction and execution of the central service team, which provides critical learning, quality, and change management support across the FaaST, AFT-X, and XPBS platforms for Vendor Flex (VF) and EF. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization's learning and quality programs.Key job responsibilities
1. Lead the Organizational Learning Strategy and Execution
- Oversee the learning managers for FaaST, AFT-X, and XPBS to ensure standardized learning processes and support for platform launches
- Build a central learning program to develop leaders and support organizational learning needs
2. Lead Organizational Quality Strategy and Execution
- Consolidate and lead the quality program managers to drive quality standards and reporting across the platforms
- Partner with learning and change teams to embed quality throughout the organization
3. Build and Manage the Central Project Management Office (PMO)
- Establish a centralized PMO to provide project management support for ad-hoc initiatives and organizational goals
- Lead a team of project managers to drive consistency, efficiency, and successful project delivery
4. Oversee Change Management Efforts
- Partner with the change management team to standardize change processes and support the organization through transformation
- Ensure change management is embedded into all central service initiatives
5. Lead AI integration charter for entire Alternate Fulfillment and EF organization across all the levels.

In this highly visible role, you will directly manage a team of learning team, create learning and Quality portfolio for entire Alternate and External Fulfillment. Your primary responsibility will be that of a leader, developing your people, focused on cultivating a diverse and cohesive team environment. In addition, you will be a single threaded leader for key network wide initiatives, while managing the day to day business of your operations (Learning, benchmarking with different systems, creating Change Management and PMO).

Qualifications
- 7+ years of team management experience- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
Extended Qualifications
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
