About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within Amazon Go. This role will oversee Vendor Management, Instock Management, Transportation & Delivery Experience (DEX), S&OP, Capacity Management, Forecasting, and Demand Planning, ensuring a seamless supply chain that enhances customer experience and drives operational efficiency.
This position reports to the Director of Amazon Go Category & Supply Chain and collaborates with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize supply chain performance, improve cost efficiency, and scale operations.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage core supply chain functions, including vendor relationships, instock performance, transportation, and demand planning to ensure product availability and seamless operations.
- Own and manage P&L and oversee the overall supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.
- Drive supply chain innovation by defining strategic objectives, setting priorities, and implementing data-driven improvements to optimize logistics and distribution.
- Navigate ambiguity and proactively identify and mitigate risks to streamline operations and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, source efficiencies, and execute supply chain initiatives that improve delivery speed and service levels.
- Develop and implement KPI reporting for a portfolio of supply chain programs, ensuring visibility into key milestones and performance metrics.
- Influence decision-making at the executive level, working closely with program managers, business leaders, and leadership teams to drive critical business initiatives.
- Engage globally with Amazon business units to share best practices and enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and do what it takes to drive success.
- Manage project budgets, communicate financial impacts, and ensure operational alignment with company-wide goals.
- Travel requirement: ~25%.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of team management experience- 9+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
