We're seeking an inspirational leader to architect the next generation of supply chain solutions that will transform the Amazon Robotics Supply Chain and drive breakthrough results across our global operations. We are seeking an exceptional Sr Manager, Prod Mgmt - Tech to lead our Supply Chain Program Management Office and Center of Excellence. This role combines deep technical domain expertise with strategic leadership to transform our supply chain operations through innovative programs, frameworks, and mechanisms. In this role you will you will lead the definition, execution, and delivery of best-in-class supply chain solutions and capabilities that enable and deliver value across Amazon. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Design, Finance, and Legal to develop, and deliver innovative supply chain products, capabilities, and services.Key job responsibilities

- Oversee the governance, prioritization, and execution of large-scale, cross-functional supply chain programs and initiatives.
- Drive program alignment with organizational goals by ensuring the delivery of key milestones, objectives, and KPIs.
- Establish standards for program reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective communication with senior leadership, providing visibility into program status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build and lead the Supply Chain Program Management Office & Center of Excellence to establish industry-leading methodologies, frameworks, and tool-kits.
- Champion continuous supply chain improvement by identifying areas for innovation, leveraging data insights, and driving scalable solutions.
- Mentor and develop talent within the organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration while role modeling Amazons leadership principles.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of team management experience- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Master of Supply chain systems and integration pattern expertise
- Data analytics and visualization wizardry
- You're a technical virtuoso with 10+ years of product, program, & supply chain management battles under your belt
- You speak both "engineer" and "executive" fluently
- You've built and scaled a Program Management Office or Center of Excellence that transformed organizations
- You're comfortable diving deep into technical requirements and soaring high with strategy
- You have a proven track record of turning bold visions into reality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
