Amazon Delivery Choices team is seeking an innovative and highly-analytical product leader to be part of a startup product team innovating end-to-end shopping experience, and driving vision for Consolidation delivery experience worldwide. You'll be accountable for the design and strategy of Consolidation products and corresponding operations. This is a highly visible position that requires strong collaboration with tech teams, influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders (VPs, SVPs). The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the customer experience seamless and delightful.

The ideal candidate is experienced product builder, team builder and possesses the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to define and implement a best-in-class customer delivery experience. You have a track record of exceptional performance and love working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm. You have excellent judgment and high standards. You articulate well, are a persuasive communicator and a great writer.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead global product development strategy and vision. Think big about the needs of our customer and Amazon fulfillment network. Drive products and features that will delight the customer and improve our business.

• Define a creative, high quality product roadmap based on product strategy and vision.

• Lead a product team comprised of product and program managers to build the future of consolidation globally.

• Partner with key Operational, Tech, Business, and Product experts across the company to lead, support, and influence the strategy for the program. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

• Write crisp strategy and business-specific documents for a varied audience, including executive leadership and partner teams.

• Proactively identify & clear hurdles and closely manage prioritization to achieve strategic, customer experience, financial, and operational goals.

• Manage complexity and resources by systematically prioritizing multiple streams of work.

• Partner closely with engineering leaders to foster a collaborative and empowered culture. Drive dialog with engineering teams to deliver product launches.

• Attract, build, manage, and develop talent to create an inclusive team of product and program managers.

• Continuously test and learn, leveraging data to drive decision-making.

About the team

For millions of customers worldwide, the Delivery Experience team provides innovative ways to get what they want and need, enabling the choices they make on every order, every day. During checkout, customers see options such as No Rush, Arrives in fewer trips, and Amazon Day to simplify their delivery experience. This product leader will play a pivotal role and operate with high degree of autonomy to develop vision, align with leaders, develop new features and collaborate with cross-functional teams (checkout, internal DEX teams, last mile) and with product development teams (engineering, UX, science) to define and deliver on product roadmap.



Qualifications

- 6+ years of team management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product



Extended Qualifications

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
