The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with Analytics and Data Science experience to help ensure we are delivering delightful experiences to all cohorts of customers worldwide.
You will own a substantial portion of the strategy and vision for Analytics and Data Science, and drive the roadmap in these areas to deliver on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with others in Product, Engineering, Science, Design, Operations, Finance, and Executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in hiring and developing teams of 10-15 people and delivering broadly adopted Analytics and Data Science products or services in a high growth environment in a Streaming Media or related field. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology. Qualified candidates have experience defining products, mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross functional and cross organizational efforts, and successfully delivering complex products and services at high scale.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of team management experience- 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Minimum 2 years leading teams of 10-15 people including building the team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Media Tech space including Streaming Personalization, Marketing Tech, Ad Tech
Extended Qualifications
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- MBA
- Experience in building analytic or scientific data products or solutions
- Experience building AI-enabled features and capabilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
