Description
Reporting to the Director of Go To Market Organization for Amazon Business North America, this Senior Manager role will lead our Generative AI strategy and implementation across the Sales and Account Management job family. This leadership position will serve as the single-threaded leader for GenAI development efforts across the broader Stores Organization, partnering with multiple VP-led organizations to drive transformation in how our sales and account management teams operate through AI innovation. Working closely with Science and Product teams across Amazon Stores, as well as Sales Operations and Enablement teams, you will oversee the automation of non-customer-facing activities, enabling our sales teams to focus more deeply on high-value customer interactions. Success in this role will be primarily measured by the quantifiable reduction in time spent on non-customer-facing activities across the Sales and Account Management job family, as well as the successful implementation and adoption of GenAI solutions across the organization.Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI applications within Amazon Business's Sales and Account Management functions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with VP-led organizations across Stores to align on priorities and drive adoption of GenAI solutions
* Lead a team of product managers to develop and implement AI/ML capabilities
* Drive the identification and automation of routine, non-customer-facing activities to improve operational efficiency
* Serve as the strategic leader for GenAI initiatives across the Stores Organization for the Sales/Account Management domain
* Collaborate with Sales Operations and Enablement leadership to develop comprehensive adoption strategies and scalable implementation playbooks
* Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps that can be effectively implemented across diverse teams and business units
Qualifications
- 6+ years of team management experience- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies and their business applications
Extended Qualifications
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment- Leadership experience in sales technology, CRM systems, or sales operations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
