Description
- Establish a comprehensive cost-to-serve strategy for WW Amazon Stores.- Program-manage or directly lead multiple cost efficiency and operational excellence initiatives end-to-end. Scope projects, define clear goals and success metrics, and oversee execution on initiatives that reduce costs and improve customer experience during events
- Dive deep into data to uncover root causes of inefficiencies and quantify improvement opportunities. Develop models and dashboards (in partnership with Data Science/Analytics) to measure cost-to-serve metrics and track the impact of initiatives. Use a data-driven approach to prioritize projects and validate savings achieved
- Establish mechanisms (cadence of audits, metrics reviews, and best practice sharing) to widen a continuous improvement mindset. Input on team charters to encourage cost-conscious thinking and operational excellence. As savings are realized, identify new opportunities and scale successful initiatives market places.
Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end program governance of the end to end WW Cost to Serve charter, driving strategy, execution, and scaling of initiatives focused on inventory adjustments, theft attribution, receive accuracy, dwelling inventory and other supply chain losses.
• Dive deep into all P&L-level metrics to identify key volume drivers, define RCA structures, and influence finance-aligned savings attribution models.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Ops, Finance, Tech and Product to ensure aligned Strategy, Execution on initiatives.
• Design and scale program mechanisms including the dashboards, reporting rhythms, site-level deep dives, and shrink attribution SOPs, ensuring consistency across geographies and fulfillment models.
• Support vendor- and ASIN-level shrink control for high-profile brands, by driving catalogue fixes, packaging improvements, and reconciliation frameworks for transshipment and serial scan defects.
• Drive global Cost to Serve program expansion into Canada, EU9, JP, and MENA by tailoring core mechanisms to local process maturity, collaborating with regional stakeholders, and enabling centralized governance at scale.
• Create structured documentation and reviews including strategic one-pagers, SOPs, investment cases, and MBR/QBR narratives reviewed by VP, S-Team leadership, influencing prioritization and roadmap alignment.
• Operate in zero-to-one spaces with high ambiguity, identifying systemic gaps, unifying siloed efforts, and building durable mechanisms that reduce cost to serve, increase visibility, and unlock long-term cost-to-serve improvements.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of team management experience- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience analyzing P&L cost lines (e.g., inventory defects, shrink, operational costs) and partnering with finance teams to drive cost attribution and track savings impact
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
