Your mission:
You鈥檒l quickly become an expert in a range of duties:
路 You鈥檒l handle investigations of theft and loss,
路 You鈥檒l master Loss Exposure and Loss Controls analysis,
路 You鈥檒l learn your way around physical security systems and controls,
路 You鈥檒l collaborate with contractor guard services,
路 You鈥檒l partake in Loss Prevention education and awareness programs,
路 And you鈥檒l get involved in workplace violence mitigation, as well as Loss Prevention audit programs.
Your role and responsibilities:
As you train and become a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, you鈥檒l own:
路 Physical security
路 Conduct Physical Security audits,
路 Troubleshoot Physical Security systems (LENEL, CAMIQ, VISION, and so on),
路 Review and improvement of PS systems,
路 Personnel security
路 Train small groups in matters of security,
路 Advise on personnel security matters,
路 Security management
路 Represent the interests of Security and Loss Prevention in leadership meetings,
路 Participate in the selection of new contract security personnel,
路 Provide advice and guidance to contract security personnel,
路 Communicate with security service providers,
路 Communication of security related topics to all relevant stakeholders,
路 Lead Security and Loss Prevention projects with limited scale or scope,
路 Participate in large scale, Fulfillment Center-wide projects,
路 Resilience
路 Review and continuously improve Security and Loss Prevention processes,
路 Identify and communicate Security and Loss Prevention risks to operational management,
路 Act as point of contact in emergency or critical circumstances,
路 Investigation
路 Conduct preliminary analysis and subsequent investigation of losses,
路 Effectively use resources for data mining, CCTV and other surveillance, for purposes of loss analysis and investigations,
路 Conduct forensic interviews, based on analytical results,
路 Conduct interviews when any cases of policy violations arise,
路 Report investigation results,
路 Act as point of contact for law enforcement authorities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of with Excel experience- 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Extended Qualifications
- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
