Description
In this role you’ll lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for Amazon Kids+ subscribers in the US, including onboarding, engagement, and retention, closely collaborating with Amazon Kids+ and kids-edition device product management teams in the process.Key job responsibilities
- Develop strategies and executional plans for engaging Amazon Kids+ subscribers as they on-board, during their post-onboarding experience and as they approach subscription renewal.
- Develop and subsequently report on annual goals for engagement marketing at each stage of the lifecycle.
- Create a roadmap of experiments that demonstrates ongoing learning and improvement against lifecycle stage performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Parent Engagement product management to optimize subscriber touchpoints across surfaces and channels.
- Work with Research to expose insights into subscribers at different stages of their journey with Amazon Kids+.
- Work with kids-edition device teams to identify cross-sell opportunities with existing subscribers.
- Work with internal creative resources to develop communication materials that support lifecycle goals.
About the team
Amazon Kids+ (AK+) is a highly rated, much-loved content and controls subscription service for kids 3-12 (and their parents) in the US, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan. Launched more than 10 years ago, an Amazon Kids+ subscription (which includes thousands of ad-free, age-appropriate videos, books, games and apps) is bundled with Amazon’s child-directed devices, including Echo Kids, Fire Tablet Kids and Kindle Kids.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience developing customer lifecycle strategies and executing across channels.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
