Description

Amazon's Litigation & Regulatory department is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within our Program Management Office (PMO). Based in Seattle, you will drive process improvements that empower our litigation attorneys and legal professionals, optimize workflows through AI integration and tool optimization, and enhance reporting and knowledge management mechanisms to elevate our legal operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

•Lead legal process improvement projects and technology initiatives.

•Partner with AI/tech teams to develop and implement innovative legal solutions.

•Drive data-driven decision making through metrics analysis and reporting.

•Serve as the primary liaison between legal teams, business partners, and technology teams.

•Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.

•Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.



Qualifications

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 2+ years of program/project management experience.

- Demonstrated success in driving end to end project delivery and cross-functional technology initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven process improvement.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- Experience in legal operations, or legal technology.

- Understanding of litigation and regulatory frameworks.

- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (QuickSight, Excel advanced functions).

- Demonstrated systematic problem-solving abilities with a strong customer focus.

- Project management tool expertise (Asana or similar platforms).

- Track record of delivering results to senior leadership.

- Prior experience with AI implementation projects.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication.

- Strong influence and relationship-building skills.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $163,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
