The Learning Experience Design team is building workforce learning for the FUTURE – rethinking not only the content we produce, but the way content it is consumed. We are a team of Day 1 designers who work closely with content experts, technology and metrics to drive new ways of learning in the workplace for Data Centers around the world. •Design, develop, and deploy training as part of a blended learning strategy
•Partner with cross-functional teams to build out development experiences with a global mindset
•Solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and anticipating future needs
•Work with technical SMEs to design and create engaging end user training
•Manage multiple curricula development projects simultaneously
•Develop training materials that align to a blended training delivery strategy, including and not limited to: self-directed, instructor led (ILT), virtual (vILT), and hands-on practical training
•Measure impact and quickly revise content/modality to address specific feedback, as needed
•Create reliable and valid learner evaluation tools to gauge knowledge and skill transfer
•Drive use of evaluation and performance data to improve learning content
•Work with global stakeholders to program manage technical training program
A day in the life
We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who will develop high-quality training content and learning experiences that improve learner outcomes and reduce time-to-productivity for Data Center roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on training content development, working with technical subject matter experts, and creating engaging learning materials across multiple modalities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong instructional design skills, and is passionate about creating effective learning solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience developing and implementing training programs- 5+ years of developing training in a variety of delivery modalities
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Experience with animation or 3D design
Extended Qualifications
- Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation
- Experience within datacenter operations
- Analyze learning evaluation data and turn it into actionable insights
- Possess excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high quality standards

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
